Q: Do I need to register again, even if I'm a current customer?

You will need to register a new account on this website.
Q: Do you still have my past orders on record?
Yes
We still have your past history in our program (just not on the online history). You may gladly
email us if you are not sure what you have ordered in the past.
Q: How do I get the quantity price breaks?
You must order the same size, thickness, species and/or colors to receive the price breaks.
Q: Is your wood Sustainable?
Yes!
We purchase our wood from vendors that carry lumber from Sustainable Forests. Learn more about our sustainable efforts here.
Q: Why is Shipping and Handling not included in our order total right away?
We offer a vast range of products.
From strips to large boxes or bases. Each order is packed specifically to the customer to ensure the product arrives safe.
We pack orders following the standard rules of UPS shipping so that if orders arrive damaged, we can file a claim on your behalf to get the product replaced. We also pack the orders to fit as much product in one shipping box to help save on costs for you, the customer, as much as possible.
