I have used these for several families. In the past, I would build each urn as needed and then laser engrave the insert with what the family wanted. By having Colorado Heirloom building and shipping them to me, it has saved me both time and money. The funeral directors always comments on how good they look and what the customer paid; I tell the customer not to tell them because I do this as a service for the families in our church.
